Mailings ->Start Mail Merge ->Select Recipients ->Type New List

Reading from left to right on the Mailing Ribbon, the first step is Start Mail Merge.

The second step is Select Recipients.
Where is the data? Do you already have a list of names and addresses in Word, Excel, or Access? Do you want to use your Contacts from Outlook?

 

This time we will type a new list.
