Try This: Do the following steps
1. Open the sample presentation New Product
Line AFTER.
2. Use the spell check tool and correct the errors.
3. Use the Thesaurus tool and find a replacement word for Baby on Slide
2
4. Delete the comment on Slide 1. Add the current date to the slide.
5. Add your own comment to Slide 3. In the comment, add the text,
Available in green, red, and white.
6. Use the Compare document command. Select the sample presentation New
Product Line Before.
7. On Slide 2, accept the following changes: Added Baby Shirt. Reject
the change Added Tank Top.
8. On Slide 3, accept all the changes to the slide.
9. On Slide 4, accept all the changes to the slide.
10. Save the document as Advanced PowerPoint Practice 6.
11. Use the Document Inspector Tool. Remove all Comments and
Annotation. Keep the remaining items.
12. Mark the Document as Final.
13. Save the Document.
