Show Contact Group Notes

It is a good policy to document changes to a Contact Group or list. Microsoft Outlook has a Notes field that you can use.


5. Try it: Show Contact Group Notes

The Contact Group is still open.
Go to Contact Group->Show->Notes.

Enter the sample text shown.


Go to Contact ->Show->Members.
You should see the Members, again.

Save & Close

Delete Group

Forward Group


Save and Delete do exactly as they say.

Click Save & Close.
