Use Categories

Categories organize Microsoft Outlook items by name and color. This lesson applies Categories to the Tasks, but you can tag Messages, Meetings and Contacts with Categories as well.

 

7. Try it: Review the Categories

Go to Task->Tags->Categories.

 

What Do You See? The default Categories are primary colors: Red, Blue, Green, Orange, etc.  You can create your own Categories that might be more meaningful.
