Save As Web Page

The three parts of Save are:

Where are you saving it?

What are you calling it?

What are you going to do? Save!

2. Find a place to Save this file.
Click on Computer.
Go to your Documents folder.

3. File Name: The Home Page of a web site is named index. Notice, “index” is all in lower case, no capital letters. It makes a difference on the Internet.

4. Save As Type: Change the file type from Word Document to Single File Web Page.

Click on Save. Done and Done.

Memo to Self: You can edit the Title, too. The Title is what users see on the top of their browsers when they open your page.
