Choose a Theme

The Design Ribbon includes Themes, Styles and Page Background. These options can help customize the document formatting. The Theme formats everything on the page: Fonts, Colors and Effects. Let's change the Theme.

  

Before You Begin: Work with a Template

The example in this lesson continues with the Median Fax template.

 

1. Try It: Change the Theme

Go to Design->Document Formatting.

Go to Themes.
Choose one of the
Built-In Themes: View.

 

2. What Do You See? The Theme formatting may be subtle, not dramatic. Look especially at the Font and size of the text. The colors may or may not change, depending on which Template you are editing.
