Multilevel List Formats

A Multilevel List organizes your information into topics and subtopics. These outlines can be formatted with several built-in Styles.

1. Try It: Create a Multilevel List

Let's begin with the list we created earlier:

Product, Category, In Stock
1) Apples, Fruit, 25
2) Bananas, Fruit, 12
3) Kiwi, Fruit, 14
4) Peppers, Veggie, 50
5) Tomato, Fruit, 10

Select the numbered list but please do not include the first line, the bold Header.

Go to Home -> Paragraph.

Select: Multilevel List.

What Do You See? The List Library offers several outline formats. Select the first Style.
