Compress Media
If you are going to deliver this presentation on a another computer, you can Compress Media to reduce file size and improve playback. This process will review your presentation for media and other issues.

Before You Begin: Open a Different Show
Go to File->Open.
Browse to your Documents Folder.
Select a Presentation: The Pere Marquette.
This show has an embedded video.

7. Try it: Optimize Media Size and Performance
Go to File ->Info->Compress Media.
 
What Do You See? The example on this page shows that there is one video that was added to the presentation. There are four options:
Presentation Quality
Internet Quality
Low Quality
Undo
