Insert a Table

There are a couple of buttons you can click to add a Table to your slide. Either way,  PowerPoint will ask you to enter the number of Columns and Rows.

 

3. Try it: Insert a Table

Go to Slide 2.

Enter the Title: New Product Ideas

 

Try This, Too: Insert a Table

Go to Insert->Table->Insert Table....

 

You will be prompted to type:

Number of columns: 3

Number of rows: 5

Click OK and keep going, please.

 

Memo to Self: You can also go to the Placeholder and click on Table.
