Exam 77-423: Microsoft Outlook 2013
2.0 Manage Messages
2.3 Organize and Manage Messages: Configure Junk E-Mail Settings (Not Junk)

Is it Really Junk E-Mail?

By default, junk is moved to the Junk E-mail folder. In the example on this page, the Junk E-mail folder has one unread message (1).

Some messages may be misinterpreted as junk. You should check the Junk E-mail folder and check if anything important is in there.

Here are the steps you can take to identify something that should not be marked as junk.

4. Try It: Mark As Not Junk
Go to the Junk E-mail folder.

Select the message you want to identify.

Go to Home ->Junk->Not Junk.

What Do You See? A little window will state that the message will be moved back to the Inbox. There may be a check mark to always trust E-mail from this sender.
