Direct Replies To

The person who designs and sends a marketing message may not be the same person who needs to follow up on the responses. You can have the replies go to a different E-mail, say your sales team. Here are the steps.

 

4. Try it: Direct Replies To

Go to Home-> New-> New Email.
Enter your E-mail Address.
Enter the Subject: More Message Options.

You can add a picture or sample text if you wish.

Try This, Too: Edit the Message Properties

Go to Options ->More Options.

Click on Direct Replies To.

 

The Message Properties should open.

Go to the Delivery Options.

Click on Direct Replies To:

Enter your partner's E-mail address.

 

Click Close to return to the E-mail.

Click Send to E-mail this message.
