Getting Started with Outlook

There are three different versions of Microsoft Outlook. From big to little in terms of functionality the different Outlook programs are:

Outlook Enterprise

Outlook Office

Outlook Web Access (Webmail)

Outlook Enterprise uses a corporate Exchange Server. The Exchange Server offers each user a personal mailbox as well as shared public folders.

Outlook Web Access is a simple way to access your corporate Exchange Server E-mail from any web browser.

Many government agencies and businesses use Outlook Web Access with an Exchange Server. For example, the County first responders use Outlook Web Access on their Smart Phones and laptops. Outlook Web Access is light and mobile.
