Exam 77-423: Microsoft Outlook 2013
3.0 Manage Schedules
3.1 Create and Manage Calendars: Share Calendars

Share a Calendar

Here is another way to Share a calendar. This option sends a subscription link as well. Sharing works well when the subscribers are within your organization.

5. Try it: Share a Calendar
The Conference Room Calendar is open.
Go to Home->Share->Share Calendar.

What Do You See? A new Sharing Invitation should open. There are options to view each other's calendar details.

What Else Do You See? If the Recipient is a member of your organization, say a member of your team in Office 365, then you can delegate access as well as the permissions. The recipient in this image has Editor permissions: He can create, edit, and delete Calendar items.

Click Send. If you addressed the Sharing Request to yourself, a new E-mail should arrive in the Inbox.

Keep going...

Home ->Share ->Share Calendar
