What If It Doesn't Work?

Computer books are very good if everything works and all of the steps are correct.

 

What happens when it doesn't work? (Besides the usual cussing and complaining...) Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot these formulas.

 

1. Try It: Audit the Formulas

Double Click Cell E75.

 

2. What Do You See?  The formula will be displayed in Cell E75. Each of the Named Ranges is shown in color. The Range that was defined by the Name should be outlined with the matching color.
