Create the Perspectives

2. Try it: Rename the Perspective

Run your mouse over the label in Column 2: New Perspective. The options are Delete, Rename and Copy and Paste into a New Perspective.
 

Go to Rename.
Type a Perspective Name: Boston.
Select all of the Fields in the Boston Perspective.

Try This, Too: Copy the Perspective

Run your mouse over the label in Column 2.
Click on Copy and Paste into a New Perspective.

Try This, Too: Rename the Copied Perspective
Go to Column 3, New Perspective.
Click on Rename.
Type a Perspective Name: Paris.
Select all of the Fields in the Paris Perspective.

Click
OK.
