Exam 77-427 Microsoft Excel 2013 Expert
4. Create Advanced Charts and Tables
4.2 Create and Manage PivotTables: Manage Relationships (Data View)

PowerPivot: Data View

2. What Do You See? The PowerPivot opens with a PivotTable. This PivotTable shows the data in a linked Access Table, tblProducts. The data is an Existing Connection that can be Refreshed.

The Field Names at the top of the Table have Filters. Two of the Fields, Type and Specialty, are related (joined) to tblProducts.

What Else Do You See? The default view is Data View. This is the View we used earlier in this lesson. There is another View that displays the Table Relationships graphically. It is similar to the view of Relationships in Microsoft Access.
