5. Try it: Edit the PivotChart

Go to the PivotChart Fields.
Drag a Field to the Axis (Category): Type.
Drag a Field to the Value: Item.

What Do You See? When you drag a Field to the Values, the default function is Count. So Item became Count of Item.

What Do Else You See? The PivotChart displays the number of Products for each Type: Beverage, Breakfast, Sandwich, etc.
