You can edit the Macro Settings for Trusted Publishers, Trusted Locations, and Trusted Documents. Microsoft, for example, is a Trusted Publisher with thousands of macro enabled templates on their websites. You can also choose to trust macros that have been digitally signed.   The Macro Settings by default Disable all macros with notification. Microsoft does NOT recommend that you Enable all macros. Click CANCEL. Do not make any changes to the Macro Settings. Click OK to Close the Excel Options. Home again, Home again. File ->Options->Trust Center-> Trust Center Settings
