2. Create Cells and Ranges
2.1 Insert Data in Cells and Ranges: Find and Replace Data

Home->Editing->Find & Select-> Replace

Review the Tracked Changes

So, what does Tracking look like? In this sample spreadsheet there are 7 records for "Cold Platter." Let's Find and Replace "Cold Platter" with "Pita Platter."

 

8. Try it: Make Some Changes

Select Column E: Product.

Go to Home->Editing->Find & Select.

Click on Replace.

 

You will be prompted to enter the following:

Find What: Cold Platter

Replace With: Pita Platter

Click Replace All to make 7 replacements.
Close the Find and Replace window.


So, What Do You See? There should be a border around the cells that were changed.

 

When you run your cursor over the highlighted cell you should see the name of the person who changed the data, when it was changed and what was changed.
