Exam 77-428 Microsoft Excel 2013 EXPERT
4. Create Advanced Charts and Tables
4.3   Create and Manage PivotCharts: Edit PivotChart Design (Change Chart Styles)

Design: Chart Styles

Microsoft Excel uses Chart Styles to format the Title, Legend, Data Tables and Axis Labels. We looked at Chart Styles in the Beginning Guide to Excel. Styles can be applied to PivotCharts, too.

Before You Begin: The PivotChart is selected. The Chart Elements and Chart Styles should be available to the right of the Chart.

1. Try it: Change the Chart Style

Go to Chart Styles.

What Do You See?
There should be two options: Style and Color.
Click on Style.
Select a Chart Style: Style11.

Now, What Do You See? Selecting PivotChart Style11 formatted the Stacked Columns.

Keep going...

Memo to Self: Chart Styles can also be found on the Design Ribbon.
