Rearrange the Fields

Queries read from Left to Right. You can move and rearrange the Fields. It is similar to moving a Column in Microsoft Excel.

 

7. Try it: Rearrange the Fields

Select the Year Field by clicking on the Field Header. The whole column should be highlighted (black).

 

Drag and Drop the Year Field between MovieID and Movie.

 

Try This, Too: Add Another Sort Order

Go to a Field: Movie

Click on the Sort Row under the Field.

Select a Sort Order: Ascending.
