There are
four different Form Layouts in this little Wizard. The options are:
Columnar: organizes the Fields in columns. This option is good
for data entry. Tabular:
organize the Fields in a Table.
Datasheet: creates a Form with Rows and Record Selectors like an
Excel spreadsheet. This layout is good for forms that show a list of
the products or customer names.
Justified: organizes the Fields evenly across the Form.

Layout: Columnar Click
Next. Create ->Forms->Form Wizard
