5.2 Set Report Controls: Add Subforms/Subreports

Add a Subreport

Before You Begin: Open a Report

Go to All Access Objects->Reports.

Open a Report: rptReceipt-POS.

Go to Home->Views->View->Design View.

The Report Design Tools should be available.

 

1. Try it: Add a Subreport

Go to Report Design Tools ->Design->Controls.

Select a Control: Subform/Subreport.

Click in the Detail Section.

 

What Do You See? The SubReport Wizard should open and guide you through the process.

 

Try This, Too: Select the Data

Choose: Use existing report or form.

Select a Report: rptMovieRented-POS

 

Click Next.
